Fran & Monique are a husband and wife team that makes up the management and talent of Wall St. Painters. The two met in High School in Port Jefferson back in 1982 and married many years later. They each draw on their specific and unique skill sets from their years as professionals in their respective industries. They decided to join creative forces with their two painting businesses each contributing unique talents in a team effort. 

Fran has incorporated his previous service oriented career in the banking sector to his painting/wallpapering business. Curiously enough, Fran was formerly trained as an apprentice wallpaper hanger and painter while in college during winter and summer breaks. He loves what he does and it reflects in the quality of craftsmanship he gives to all his projects.  

Monique has been a decorative artist for over thirty years. She utilizes her fine art education from SUNY Purchase to home Interiors. Because she has worked intimately with Interior Designers, she has a great understanding of overall room design and how her painting can best be laid out in the context of the room. She is passionate about her work and loves helping her clients create the desired look they want to achieve.
